These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “You”) and TheWebhostingDeal (“We” or “Us”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” By accessing, using, or purchasing any of the hosting services provided by TheWebhostingDeal, you agree to adhere to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
1.1 TheWebhostingDeal offers shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and related services as outlined on our website (https://TheWebhostingDeal.com) and in the service plan you choose.
1.2 It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided to TheWebhostingDeal during registration and the ordering process is accurate and complete.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1 The Client agrees to pay all fees for the selected hosting services as per the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of purchase.
2.2 Payments must be made according to the billing cycle selected during the order process. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
3. Account Setup and Security
3.1 The Client is responsible for safeguarding their account login credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to TheWebhostingDeal immediately.
3.2 The Client is accountable for the content hosted on their account and must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal material, copyrighted works, and adult content.
4. Service Availability
4.1 TheWebhostingDeal will use reasonable efforts to ensure service and website availability, subject to routine maintenance and unforeseen events outside our control.
4.2 TheWebhostingDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Client’s activities violate these Terms or present a security risk to our network.
5. Data Backup
5.1 While TheWebhostingDeal performs routine data backups, it is recommended that Clients maintain their own backups. TheWebhostingDeal assumes no liability for data loss.
6. Technical Support
6.1 TheWebhostingDeal provides technical support for issues related to hosting services. Availability and response times may vary depending on the Client’s service plan.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, subject to any binding commitments or obligations.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Clients are eligible for a full refund if dissatisfied with the hosting services, provided they submit a refund request within three days of the initial service activation. Refund requests submitted after the three-day window will not be honored. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team and provide your account information and the reason for the request.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 TheWebhostingDeal’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the hosting service in question.
10. Amendments
10.1 TheWebhostingDeal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to its conflict of law principles.
