3. Counter-Notification

3.1 If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to an incorrect copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent.
3.2 Your counter-notification should include:Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was taken down. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was mistakenly removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the Republic of Cyprus and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice of infringement.

4. Repeat Infringers

4.1 In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, TheWebhostingDeal may terminate the accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers.
